SHIPMENT TRACKING
Where tracking is available, you will receive a reference number to monitor your parcel’s progress. Status updates are provided directly by the carrier and reflect real-time scanning events.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and clearly formatted delivery address to facilitate successful handover. Incorrect details may result in delays or failed delivery.

RECEIPT OF GOODS
Delivery may be made to the named recipient or in accordance with the carrier’s local procedures. Signature may be required for certain high-value consignments.

DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

DAMAGED PARCELS
